Terms of use.
1.Your rights.
Xdrier solution Inc. grants you a non-transferable, non-exclusive, limited right to access, use and display the site and all its information and materials. You are allowed to download or print any of the information displayed on the site, provided using comply with the guidelines in this agreement or have our express permission to do so. The content of this site will only be used for personal use only not for commercial use. You prohibited from modifying, distributing, or reposting anything on this website. You agree not to interrupt, or attempt to interrupt, the operations of this site. Computer damage. Our site is built to be free of viruses or trojans. However, we cannot guarantee that your use of this site or any other website accessible through it will not cause damage to your computer. 2.Product charges.
Xdrier solution Inc. must receive the whole purchase payment for any of our products before your order is accepted. Making payment for the product you are interested in – represents an offer on your part to purchase the product. This offer is accepted by us only when the goods are packaged and dispatched to you. It is only at this point will the purchase process becomes a legally binding contract between you and Xdrier solution Inc.

3.Payment.
Xdrier solution Inc. will only accept orders paid for using a valid debit card or credit card or any other payment methods which are listed on our site. All our product costs are always inclusive of all fees and charges, including applicable taxes that may be incurred. However, you may be required to pay additional shipping fees depending on where the product is to be shipped. For custom build products, we will provide you with a detailed email with the amount it will cost to build and ship the desired product as per your specification and product description. The email will also contain detail of the estimated delivery time of the product and how long the suggested price is valid. We update the prices of all our products often and we reserve the right to change the price without prior notice. We are not responsible for the card issuer or the bank charging you as a result of the credit or debit card payment as per your order.

4.Order Acknowledgment.
For any order to be accepted, you must provide: Your email addresses. Accurate shipping address and personal info(names). Payment via an Xdrier solution Inc. approved payment means. We will notify you by e-mail as soon as we confirm the payment receipt on our end. You will be required to confirm your order details before the order is approved to avoid doubt.

5.User membership.
By requesting for product information or a newsletter, or by purchasing an Xdrier product, or by providing your email address to receive any Xdrier solution Inc. related information or promotions, or by creating a new user account – you are considered an Xdrier solution Inc. member. You are allowed to choose what notification you would like to get via email. All our members are entitled to membership benefits like discount and will also get first notifications on any Xdrier promotions.

6.Content accuracy.

However, any order will only be processed if there are no errors in the description of the goods or their listing prices on the site. All orders made are subject to acceptance and availability. If the product ordered is not available in stock, Xdrier solution Inc. will contact you via email or phone. You can either choose to wait until the product is available or cancel your order entirely.

8.Order errors.

9.Delivery charges.
The delivery charges are not the same price, they vary depending on the product ordered and your geographic location.

Delivery.
1.Xdrier solution Inc. aims to be a global company, however, it might not be possible for us to deliver to some location, while you might be required to pay extra for delivery in some locations. We only deliver our products to the addresses you provide while completing your order, therefore, it is vital for you to provide accurate address information. We also you to provide an alternative address on where you would like the product delivered to if you are not available when the product is delivered. We don’t accept liability for any loss or damage to the goods once delivered as per your delivery instructions (unless the damage is caused by our negligence). We are dedicated to ensuring the product is delivered as per the stated timeline, however, we can’t 100% guarantee the delivery time. We aim to deliver your product as fast as possible, the product leaves our warehouse in under 24 hours after payment and our delivery timeline is within 25 to 30 days from the day the payment is verified. Unless we agree otherwise, all products should be signed for on delivery by a person over 18 years of age. (In case of the delivery time extends beyond this time, we will contact you and inform you of the progress of your order and the new delivery date. In case of any queries, you can reach us by email. ) Once the product is delivered to you, you automatically become responsible for its care. Xdrier solution Inc. is no longer liable for product loss or destruction.

2.Ownership and risk transfer.
The risk of product loss or damage automatically passes to you once the product is delivered to you. If you decide to use your own courier service the risk of loss or damage to the product is transferred to you as soon as the product is handed to your chosen courier.

3.Customer cancellation rights.
Keep your proof of purchase for any of our products, this makes it easier to process any returns. Should you wish to cancel your order, you can notify us by a clear cancelation request via phone, or email. Once the product ordered has been bespoke (that is – made to order) then the order can’t be canceled. If you cancel your purchase while the product has already been shipped, once the product is delivered you should not unpack it. You should send the product back to us at our contact address at your own cost and risk as soon as possible. Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it for any damages. Any damages will be deducted from your refund. If the product had been in use before been refunded there will be extracted deductions to replace the filters. We pay the refund within 14 business days from the day we receive the product you returned. In the case where the product is yet to be shipped, we with the refund will include the shipping fee.

4.When are consumption rights affected?:
Faulty products–if the faults in the product are covered in the warranty policy, you will receive a product replacement, however, you are required to notify us immediately. We will offer to repair, replace or refund as per the consumer rights. Cancellation by Xdrier solution Inc. Xdrier solution Inc. reserves the right not to process your order if: We don’t have sufficient stock to deliver the product you have ordered. We don’t deliver products to your requested area. The product price or description is incorrectly published due to a typographical error or an error in the pricing listing. When we do not process your order for any of the above reasons, we will notify you via email or phone. Any money deducted from your debit or credit card will be refunded within 7 working days.

Liability
1.Unless informed otherwise, if the product ordered is not delivered within 30 days from the day of the order payment, with no communication from us on the whereabouts of the order. You can choose to cancel the order and receive a full refund. We are only responsible for any losses that are natural and a foreseeable consequence of our breach of these terms and conditions. We don’t accept liability if prevented from complying with the obligation set in these terms and conditions by anything do or fail to do or due to factors that are beyond our control. You must observe and comply with all applicable legislation and regulations which may include: all the necessary customs, import or other required permits to purchased goods from our site. The importation and exportation law vary from country to country some may prohibit the purchase of certain products. All the regulations in these terms and conditions are not intended to limit any rights you might have as a consumer under applicable local law. You have the rights as a consumer including legal rights relating to faulty and or misdescribed goods.
